Flag Football Experience
Competed in over 40 seasons of flag football and 15+ tournaments. 22 years of playing experience as a QB, WR, C, DB and LB in various formats (i.e. 7v7 screen, 5v5 contact, 4v4 contact).
Coached and developed youth, teens and adults in competitive 7v7 flag football leagues.
Expert in flag football techniques and strategies, winning 7 league championships and 4 tournaments in Nashville, Savannah and Orlando.
Defensive schemes are aggressive and focused on pressuring the QB with effective flag pulling.
Offense schemes are crafted to best utilize the capabilities of personnel, ideally a double QB set with a mobile and semi-mobile QB, RPO, quick or double passes with deep threat options.
